Q.How long does the show last?
A.Approx 1 hour 15 minutes from start to finish, it is a live show and can vary from time to time.
Q.Does the show have an interval?
A.No.
Q.Are we allowed to take photographs and video photography?
A.Yes you are allowed to take non-flash photographs but only short video clips, we do not allow full recordings of the performance.
Q.Do you sell food and novelties/merchandise in the show?
A.Yes we sell candy-floss, popcorn, hot-dogs, cold drinks & flashing lights.
Q.Where can we get your discount vouchers from?
Discount codes will be posted on our Facebook page for use with online booking.

Q.Do you have any animals in your circus?
A.No.
Q.Do you offer refunds?
A.We regret we are unable to make refunds for tickets once they have been purchased.
Q.Can we bring prams/pushchairs into the bigtop?
A.We provide a parking area for prams and pushchairs at the entrance and you are welcome to leave these here at your own risk.
Fire regulations do not permit prams or pushchairs within the seating areas but car carry seats are allowed.
Q.Is the Big Top heated?
A.The Big Top is heated as required.
Q.Does the show have any bright lights/smoke effects/is it loud?
A.The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, non-particle smoke effects and loud sound effects.
Q.Do you have toilets on site?
A.Yes we do.
Q.Do you offer disable / wheelchair users seating spaces?
A.Yes we do have spaces that are reserved for wheelchair users. They are bookable for each session on the seating plan as “accessible” seating. These are sold in pairs.
Q.Do you have on-site parking?
A.Where possible we will always try to make on-site parking, venue permitting.

Q.I have made a Facebook reservation when do I need to pick them up by?
A.We no longer make Facebook reservations due to tickets not being collected and people missing out on tickets.
Q.Do you accept cash, card, or cheque at the office?
